Ithaka has a track record of success in working alongside clients to develop effective business plans for presentation to potential funders Our role often includes the implementation of business strategies to realise maximum value from the opportunity including licensing deals and other commercial routes such as R&D collaborations and strategic alliances.

Company formation
Ithaka has assisted a growing number of clients to form companies. We can draw on additional expert support from a network of professional advisors to facilitate the set up process.

Management services
We are experienced in complementing the management team by acting in a Chairman, CEO, business development or project management role on an interim basis to execute the commercial strategy.
